1) Return & Exchange Window
Eligible items may be returned based on the delivery date, subject to the item condition requirements in Section 2 and the non-returnable items listed in Section 3.
Within 30 days of delivery: eligible for a refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping charges, if any were paid).
Requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.
2) Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be: Unworn (trying on is OK), Unwashed, In new condition with original tags attached, Free of makeup stains, perfume/smoke odors, pet hair, body odor, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the sender.
3) Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Items marked FINAL SALE or Clearance
Free gifts / promotional items (if applicable)
Final sale items will be clearly labeled on the product page or at checkout.
4) Exchanges
We support exchanges when inventory is available.
To request an exchange, email info@modearo.com with your order number and the item/size you want.
For fastest service, we may recommend placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved.
Exchange shipping costs may apply. We will confirm the details by email before processing your exchange.
5) Return Shipping & Fees
We do not charge any return processing fee or restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 9).
Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except where required by applicable law (e.g., EEA/UK withdrawal returns).
Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
6) International Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns and exchanges (where eligible) following the same return windows and condition requirements.
Important (International Orders):
Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery/return transit times may be longer due to customs and local carrier processing.
International customers are responsible for return shipping and for properly declaring the return shipment. We are not responsible for returns held, delayed, or rejected by customs.
7) How to Return an Item
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Please include your packing slip/invoice or a note with:

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping charges, if any were paid).
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund (often an additional 3–10 business days, depending on your bank).
Taxes (if any) are handled according to local regulations and the payment provider’s processing rules.
9) Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@modearo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label if possible)
We’ll review your request and help with next steps. If approved, we may provide a prepaid return label and/or send a replacement, depending on the situation and stock availability.
- EU/UK 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To withdraw, please email info@modearo.com with a clear statement of your decision and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return deadline after you notify us
After you inform us of your withdrawal, you must send the item(s) back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received for the returned goods. Where required by law, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery cost (if any was paid for the original shipment).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the return (or proof of return) for inspection and processing. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 9).
Condition of returned items
Returned items must meet the condition requirements in Section 2. You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items where permitted by law, such as personalized goods or hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed (if applicable).
How this works with our standard policy
This withdrawal right applies in addition to our standard return policy. If our standard policy offers more favorable terms (for example, a longer return window), we will honor the more favorable terms.
